When and where are the HOA meetings held?
The Board of Directors meets every second Wednesday of the month at 7:00 pm in the club house.

Do I need a parking permit?
Yes, everyone who lives in Bixby Village is required to register their vehicle. Contact the PCM Community Manger (details on the Contact Information page) to request a parking sticker.
Where can we have the low voltage illuminated address signs affixed outside of the garages repaired (bulbs replaced)?
The company that repairs the address signs at homeowner expense is Sign Design 714-773-1819. They typically charge $40 and that includes returning the repaired address sign by mail. The address of Sign Design is 1022 Orangefair Lane, Anaheim CA 92801, and their phone number is 714-773-1819. The repair includes a one year warranty.
How can I rent the clubhouse for a party or event?
Residents interested in renting the clubhouse should download, read, and complete the rental application and checklist.
Can I post notices on the mailboxes?
At the October 14, 2009 Board of Directors meeting, a motion was passed to remove the restriction on the use of the back and sides of cluster mailboxes for the purpose of communication by Bixby Village homeowners, subject to the following guidelines:
- Content is limited to Bixby Village homeowners’ notices including events, general information, lost and found, and neighborhood watch information.
- Notices must be no larger than 8.5 x 11 inches, and secured on all four corners by blue painters tape.
- Notices must include a contact phone number.
- Notices must be removed after being posted for five days.
